Introduction of Permanent Staff To enable you to trial staff prior to employment, we have developed a new introduction service. MCR will advertise the vacancy on your behalf, interview and carry out preliminary checks and references. The successful applicant will be contracted through the agency for a period of 4 - 6 months. After this time should you wish to employ the member of staff, there will be no introduction charges to be paid.
