No. Medical Centre Recruitment do not charge premium rates for any of our staff. The price you see on our charges sheet will be the maximum hourly rate you will pay. Discounts may apply to some bookings, please ask for further information. |
Cancelled bookings are liable to a £10.00 charge. Should your cancellation be within 24 hours you are liable for the full cost of the shift. These charges apply to confirmed bookings only. |
All of our temporary staff are issued with Contracts for Services. We pay the staff and their PAYE. You will receive a weekly invoice. |
Our invoices are made up of the staff hourly rate, plus our commission. You will also be charged the employer's national insurance, travelling expenses as agreed and VAT for non clinical staff only. Please refer to the charges list for further information. |
The more notice we have the better, although it is possible to request staff for the same or next day. |

| We thoroughly check all candidates previous work history, qualifications, identities and references. Criminal Records Bureau checks are carried out for nursing staff. All staff are interviewed by appropriatey trained staff. |

| Should you decide to emply our member of staff direct, you will be liable to an introduction fee. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our introduction service from the outset. MCR will advertise and recruit on your behalf. You trial the staff for a period of 4 - 6 months, should you wish to keep the member of staff, there will be no introduction fee to be paid. |
